Madhuri Dixit

MadhuriMadhuri Dixit is a famous Indian actress known for her performances in the films 'Beta', Saajan' and 'Hum Aapke Hai Koun'. ..!' Her career in the 1980s and was a hit with her part in the film 'Tezaab', in which she appeared with veteran actor Anil Kapoor. Then, she appeared in the movie 'Dil' which she co-starred alongside Aamir Khan. She was brought up in Mumbai by a middle-class family. As a child, she began to learn dance. She began acting as an infant and struggled for a few years since most of her films at first ended up being flops. Her career eventually took off and she was able to establish herself as one of the leading actresses within the Indian film industry. She was forced to stop her profession following her wedding before returning to the entertainment industry. Recently, she had an important role in the movie 'Gulaab Gang", which focused on the struggle of women in India. Dixit has been nominated to win fifteen Filmfare Awards, out of which she received eight. She was also presented with the Padma Shri award, India's fourth highest civilian award. Her name is also well-known due to her charitable work.
